What is REDO and why do we recommend it to be added in your order?
REDO is the return/exchange system we use. REDO is…The option of $1.98 is reflected when checking out. If it’s added to the order, the customer can create unlimited free returns on that order. This option DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING FEES FOR THE EXCHANGES. The exchange is considered a new order, so shipping is not included. However, if that exchange does not work out, you can return for free since the unlimited return was added to the order.
-Does REDO have to be added to the order?
No, you don’t have to add the option but we do recommend it since it can be cheaper when returning the items. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in any return outside of REDO since we DO NOT offer free returns.
-When is my exchange order going to be shipped?
We ship the exchange order AFTER we get the return. We MUST get the return first.
-Processing on returns/exchanges
Processing can take 1-2 business days (Monday- Friday, we do not process returns on the weekends). Exchanges ship the next business day after they are processed

Return Eligibility:

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Guaraxez@gmaill.com with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit for the defective item, depending on availability.
Shipping Errors:

- If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Guaraxez@gmail.com. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
